How many events do you typically handle at once?

Exceptional Events Etc. is capable of handling multiple events at once. We have enough staff to ensure your event gets the attention it deserves.

Do you handle events anywhere in the world?

Exceptional Events Etc. is happy to manage your event regardless of where it is being held. We regularly travel all over the US and all over the world executing best-in-class events.

Will you help with an event after the pre-work has already been started or do you need to hire Exceptional Events right at the beginning of a project?

Exceptional Events Etc. is happy to help in the creation and strategy of events or to come in on certain pieces of it that you cannot handle or need extra assistance with. We service our clients in many capacities at all different points of event planning and execution.

How do you charge for your services?

We charge for our services either by the day or by project, with an estimated number of hours determined after an initial consultation with you. There is no standard flat rate, as there is no standard style event.

If I am a not -for -profit, do you have a different rate structure?

We do not have a different rate structure for not-for-profits but we do have our own non-profit arm that does work for a fraction of the cost to individuals or start-up corporations in financial need. Specific documentation for this reduced rate is required. Please contact us for more details.
